Make It Happen

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Thaw cookie dough for 30 minutes or until pliable.

Step 2

On a well-floured surface, combine 3 cubes of cookie dough into a large ball. Roll out with a rolling pin to approx. ⅛-inch thickness.

Step 3

Cut into circles. The dough should only come ¼ to ⅓ of the way down the muffin tin or mold you are using to shape the bowls as the dough will spread during baking.

Step 4

Mold cookie dough around a well-greased, upside-down muffin tin or mold. Make sure the dough is pressed firmly against the mold.

Step 5

Place the mold on a baking sheet. This will catch the excess spread of the dough during baking.

Step 6

Bake 13-17 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 7

After baking, let the cookie dough bowls cool fully. Once cooled, use a knife to gently lift the edges of the bowl from the muffin tin.

Step 8

Put out next to a variety of your favorite ice cream flavors and toppings, so people can build their own Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Bowl creations. Great to serve at birthday parties and summer cookouts.

Storage Information

If you have leftover bowls or make them ahead of them, wrap them in plastic wrap and store at room temperature. Do NOT put them in an airtight container or they will get soft and break.
