Make It Happen

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F. Break apart your cookie dough cubes and roll them into balls. If you want to make mini Rudolph Peanut Butter Cookies, cut each cube in half before rolling.

Step 2

Roll each ball of cookie dough in sugar, coating them evenly. Then, place the sugar-coated cookie dough balls on a baking sheet, leaving space in between them.

Step 3

Bake the cookies for 13 minutes or until they are golden brown. Keep an eye on them to ensure they don’t overbake.

Step 4

While the cookies are baking, break the pretzels in half to resemble antlers. Make as many antlers as you need for the number of cookies you baked.

Step 5

Once the cookies are finished baking, insert the pretzel halves into the tops of the cookies while they are still warm. This will help the pretzels stay in place.

Step 6

Allow the cookies to cool completely before decorating. Once they are cool, use frosting to attach the candy eyes and a red chocolate candy. Two eyes should go under the antlers and the red candy between the eyes as it will be Rudolph’s nose.

Step 7

After all the decorations have been added, you have a batch of delightful, festive cookies that are perfect for sharing with loved ones at your Christmas party or leaving out for Santa on Christmas Eve.

Storage Information

Rudolph Peanut Butter Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Layer the cookies with parchment paper between each layer. This will keep the decorations from falling off.
