Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Wooden Spoon® Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- Cookie dough ice cream
- Mini semisweet chocolate chips

Step 1
Break apart the cookie dough cubes. Roll 2 cubes together to form one cookie dough ball. This will guarantee you have big enough cookies to hold all your filling.
Step 2
Place finished cookie dough balls on greased baking sheet and bake at 325°F for 13-17 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 3
Let cookies cool. Put roughly two scoops of ice cream between two cookies and press together.
Step 4
Roll the sides of the Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches in the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips while the ice cream is a little soft.
Step 5
Freeze for one hour before serving.
