Ingredients

  • 20 cubes of Wooden Spoon® Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • 1/2 pkg. (about 4 oz.) chocolate chunks
  • Butter
  • Optional toppings: Vanilla ice cream, sea salt, hot fudge

Make It Happen

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. While it is heating, generously grease a 10.5” cast iron skillet with butter to prevent sticking and add flavor.

Step 2

Transfer the cookie dough cubes to the skillet and gently press them into an even layer across the bottom.

Step 3

Sprinkle the chocolate chunks evenly over the cookie dough, lightly pressing them into the surface.

Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp and the center is puffed. It should still be slightly gooey.

Step 5

Top with scoops of vanilla ice cream, sea salt, and/or hot fudge. Dig in while it’s warm and melty!

Storage Information

The Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet is best served warm. If you have leftovers, wrap the cookie in foil and store in an airtight container at room temperature. It is safe to eat for up to three days after baking.
